Please don't paste confidential document contents; describe the problem instead.

Before you write

  • Lost your license key? Use Forgot your license key? on the PDFSanitize Pro page and we'll email it to the address you bought with, straight away.
  • The app asks you to activate again? That happens on a new browser or device, or after your browser data was cleared. Paste your key in Activate your license.
  • A PDF didn't clean the way you expected? Tell us which tool you used, what you expected and what the result showed. Don't send the PDF itself: every tool runs in your browser, and we never need your files to help.

What happens to your message

Your message, subject, email address and name (if you give one) are emailed to us, together with the website address you sent it from, so we can reply. We don't add you to a mailing list. See the privacy page for details.
